Basic Policy on Personal Information Protection
The Central Japan Aerospace Total Encouragement Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Center") considers the protection of personal information as a significant responsibility and hereby establishes and complies with the following basic policy.
1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Center handles personal information in compliance with laws and other regulations regarding the protection of personal information.
2. Appropriate Collection, Use, Provision, and Entrustment of Personal Information
(1) When collecting personal information, we clearly specify the purpose of use, collect information within the necessary scope, and use it within that scope after notifying or announcing the purpose of use, except when the purpose of use has been announced in advance.
(2) Collected personal information will not be provided to or disclosed to third parties except in the following cases:
I. When prior consent has been obtained from the individual
II. In cases stipulated in Article 23, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act
(3) When entrusting personal information to third parties for use, we examine the appropriateness of such entrustment in light of the security management measures of the third party, conclude confidentiality agreements with the third party before providing the information, and provide appropriate supervision of the entrusted party.
3. Security Management Measures for Personal Information
To prevent and correct unauthorized access to personal information, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, the Center establishes regulations and strives for security management measures.
4. Improvement Measures
We strive to respond appropriately to changes in the social environment regarding the handling of personal information. We also make improvements by making changes, modifications, or additions to this policy and regulations as necessary.
5. Response to Disclosure and Correction Requests
If you believe that the Center is not complying with the personal information protection policy, or if you wish to disclose, correct, add, delete, or suspend the use of your personal information, please contact the Center. We will respond within a reasonable period and scope.
6. Handling of Complaints
The Center strives for appropriate and prompt handling of complaints regarding personal information handling.
